Description :

Explore the amazing adaptations of plants by observing their structure and function and discovering their evolutionary purpose. 

Students will go on an investigatory walk observing the differences in plant structures and use microscopes to identify the anatomy of a flower and the internal structure of leaves.

Students will

  • Observe plant adaptations, features and functions using microscopes

  • Draw distinctions and connections between plants and their related biomes

  • Cultivate their own plant to take home

  • Go on a discovery walk
